JUDGMENT / ORDER

Hon'ble Mushaffey Ahmad,J.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Rajesh Kumar Singh has appeared for the respondents.
The order for demolition has already been passed on 20.1.2012, the same has not been annexed alongwith the writ petition but find mention in the order dated 17.5.2012 which is under challenge in the present writ petition and has been annexed as Anneuxre-4 to the writ petition.
As the order of demolition is not under challenge, we cannot interfere in the order asking the petitioner to vacate the shop. It will be open to the petitioner to take appropriate steps in accordance with law against the demolition order dated 20.1.2012.
Writ petition is disposed of finally with the aforesaid observation.
