Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents.
The writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief -
"a) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent no.2 to decide the Revision No.563 of 2016 (Ram Preet Vs. Nagar Panchayat Magher and others) under Section 210 of Land Revenue Code 2006 regarding to land situated village Kajipur, Tappa Kasba, Pargana Magher Purab, Tehsil Khalilabad, District Sant Kabir Nagar. As possible within two months otherwise petitioner shall suffer irreparable loss and injury."
It has been stated that the revision is pending consideration since the year 2016.
Under the circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of directing respondent no.2, the Commissioner, Basti Division, Basti to endeavour to decide the revision of the petitioner expeditiously preferably within a period of three months from the date a certified copy of this order is filed before him.
