JUDGMENT / ORDER

Learned counsel for the applicant prays for time to bring on record the order sheet of the Labour Court maintained in respect of Adjudication Case No. 492 of 1992.
Accordingly and on his request, this matter shall stand adjourned today to be included in the list of fresh cases of the appropriate Court on 2 February 2016.
The Affidavit may be filed in the meanwhile.
