JUDGMENT / ORDER

Heard.
By means of this petition, the petitioner seeks issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari quashing First Information Report bearing FIR No.0013 of 2021, under Sections- 313/376/506 IPC, Police Station- Gaurifanta, District- Lakhimpur Kheri.
From a bare perusal of the impugned FIR, it cannot be said that no cognizable offence is made out against the petitioner. The petitioner has a remedy under Section 438 Cr.P.C. He may avail the same, if he so chooses.
With these observations, the petition stands disposed of.
