The grievance of the petitioner is that the suit filed under section 134 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 being Suit No. 6863 of 2021 has not been decided.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that even issues have not been framed till date.
Learned Standing Counsel states that every effort shall be made to decide the suit as expeditiously as possible.
Under such circumstances, without going into the merits of the case, it is directed that the suit being Suit No. 6863 of 2021 be decided within a period of one year from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order, if there is no legal impediment.
With these observations/directions, the writ petition is disposed of.
