Heard Shri Vijay Kant Dwivedi, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned standing counsel for the respondents no. 1 to 4 and Shri Dinesh Kusmar Mishra, learned counsel appearing for the respondent no. 5.
The petitioner in the writ petition is seeking a direction to the respondents to protect the land recorded as Pahar (Hill) in the revenue record situated in village Manda Khas, Tehsil Meja District Allahabad.
Since the plot number of the land was not mentioned in the relief clause this court on 21.3.2018 granted time to the petitioner to file the amendment application. In the amendment application dated 22.3.2018 filed by the petitioner the plot number has been mentioned as 1995 and 1996 instead of 1595 and 1596, therefore, the amendment application is rejected.
This writ petition is also dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to file fresh writ petition stating the correct particulars.
