The writ petition has been filed for a mandamus commanding Additional Commissioner, Gorakhpur Division, Gorakhpur to decide Review / Restoration Application of 2012 (State of UP through Collector , Kushinagar Vs. Mst. Ram Raji and others) dated 15.3.2012 filed in Ceiling Appeal No. 184/D of 1990 (Mst. Ram Raji Vs. Prescribed Authority/Upper Ziladhikari, Deoria), expeditiously.
Without entering into the controversy involved in the writ petition, the writ petition is disposed of with direction to Additional Commissioner, Gorakhpur Division, Gorakhpur to decide Review / Restoration Application of 2012 (State of UP through Collector , Kushinagar Vs. Mst. Ram Raji and others) dated 15.3.2012 filed in Ceiling Appeal No. 184/D of 1990 (Mst. Ram Raji Vs. Prescribed Authority/Upper Ziladhikari, Deoria), expeditiously, without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties, preferably within a period of three months from the date of producing a certified copy of this order before the concerned authority.
