As per report of C.J.M., Auraiya dated 24.03.2021, which has been received by the office of this Court and has been flagged as 'H', it has been reported that the sole appellant Ram Pratap has died.
In view of the above, the present appeal stands abated in respect of sole appellant Ram Pratap with liberty to State to seek revival, if any fact otherwise comes to the notice.
