Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the record.
The present petition has been filed for direction upon the court of Civil Judge (Sr. Div.), Court No.1, Mathura to decide application 101 Ga for appointment of receiver in Original Suit No.595 of 2012 (Jai Gurdev Dharm Pracharak Sanstha Vs. Pankaj Yadav and others), within stipulated period.
If any such application remains pending, it is open to the petitioner to move an application in the court concerned for consideration of such application by disclosing urgency. Under the circumstances, no direction need be issued. It is expected that the court, upon receipt of urgency application, shall accord consideration to the application.
With the aforesaid liberty/observation, the petition is
disposed off.
