The petitioners have prayed for quashing of First Information Report dated 31.01.2019 registered as Case Crime No.0047 of 2019, under Sections 498-A, 323, 506 IPC and Section 3/4 Dowry Prohibition Act, Police Station-Mahila Thana, District Prayagraj.
Learned A.G.A. states that the police after investigation has already filed charge-sheet in Court which is not disputed by learned counsel for the petitioners.
Consequently, the cause of action does not survive any further. The instant writ petition stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to avail other remedies as may be available to them.
