JUDGMENT / ORDER

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners on the application for amendment in the writ petition.
Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that inadvertently some relevant facts were left to mention in the memo of writ petition, which are necessary to mention in the memo of writ petition, therefore, he may be permitted to make necessary amendments in the memo of writ petition.
On due consideration, the application is allowed.
Learned counsel for the petitioners is permitted to carry out necessary amendments in the memo of writ petition, within 48 hours.
