Heard Sri Vijay Gautam, learned Senior Advocate assisted by Ms. Atipriya Gautam, learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Standing Counsel for the respondents.
The petitioners have preferred present writ petition inter- alia with the prayer to quash the orders of transfer dated 13.10.2021 and 19.10.2021 passed by respondent no.3, copy of which is appended as annexure nos. 1 & 2 to the present petition.
The instructions received from the office of respondents dated 15.11.2021 was placed before this Court and same is taken on record.
It is stated in the aforesaid instruction that respondent no.2 namely DG/ADG, Uttar Pradesh PAC Headquarters, Mahanagar, Lucknow, District Lucknow has already stayed the order of transfer issued by the respondent no.3.
In view of the order passed by the PAC Headquarter dated 15.11.2021 it goes without saying that petitioners shall be allowed to continue and shall be paid their salary etc. till a fresh order is passed by the competent authority, in accordance with law.
With the aforesaid observations, this writ petition stands disposed of.
