By means of this writ petition the petitioner has come to this Court with the grievance that the respondents no. 7 to 14 have deliberately and forcibly occupied the land of the petitioner and are not vacating the same and have also construed a culvert without any authority.
It is submitted that the same has been done in connivance with the state authorities, therefore, a direction be issued to authority concerned to take action against the private respondents.
The dispute raised is purely of civil nature. For adjudication of right and title of the petitioner over the land in question, which requires adjudication of disputed question of fact which cannot be gone into in writ proceeding, the petitioner, if so advised, may approach the civil court of competent jurisdiction for redressal of his grievance.
The writ petition has no merit and it is, accordingly, dismissed.
