Heard Mr K K Verma, learned Counsel for the petitioner and Mr Rakesh Kumar Srivastava, learned Standing Counsel.
The grievance of the petitioner is that though the petitioner moved a representation before the Consolidation Officer, Tehsil Bhinga, District Shravasti on 21.5.2010, yet the same has not been decided.
Petitioner's counsel submits that ends of justice would be secured, if the opposite opposite party No.2 is directed to decide the representation dated 21.5.2010, contained in Annexure No.1 to the writ petition, expeditiously, to which learned Standing Counsel has no objection.
Accordingly, without entering into the merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed of finally with a direction to the opposite party No.2 to decide the representation dated 21.5.2010, contained in Annexure No.1 to the writ petition, within a maximum period of two months, from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order.
