This revision has been filed with a prayer that this Court may allow the revision and set-aside the conviction and sentence.
The office report received from CJM, Etah is on record in which it has been clearly mentioned that a report has been received from the Police Station concerned to the effect that the accused-revisionists, Ram Prasad and Mithilesh had left the village for Punjab where both of them had died and in this regard statement of Gram Pradhan and other relatives were recorded and they have verified about the death of the above two accused revisionists.
In view of the report this revision is abated.
