Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.
Present petition has been filed for setting aside the order dated 10.5.2018 passed by District Judge, Aligarh in Transfer Application No. 6 of 2018.
Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that while rejecting the transfer application the learned District Judge has not considered the facts and circumstances of the case particularly the fact that there is already a direction of this Court to decide the execution case within six months but the same is not being decided.
I have considered the submissions and have perused the record.
On perusal of record I find that the reason for not deciding the case within time frame has been given as the counsels were abstaining from work. From perusal of order-sheet it appears that in the month of January itself the petitioner moved the application transferring the case to some other court and thereafter the same could not proceed.
In such view of the matter, I do not find any good ground to interfere in the order impugned herein.
Present petition is devoid of merits and is accordingly dismissed.
