Petitioner has approached this Court to expedite the proceeding of Appeal No. 282/381 of 2017 (Shri Ram Prasad vs. Sub Divisional Magistrate, Sadar, Ballia) under Section 28(3) of Essential Commodities Control Order, 2004, pending before the first respondent-Commissioner Azamgarh, Region Azamgarh.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petition stands disposed of directing the Court concerned to expedite the proceedings of the aforesaid case and conclude the same, at the earliest possible, without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties, in accordance with law, provided there is no legal impediment.
