The prayer made in the present writ petition is to expedite the proceeding of Suit No. 1004 of 1993 (Ram Subhag Vs. Ram Prasad and others) pending before the Civil Judge (Junior Division), Mohammadabad Gohna, District Mau within stipulated period.

Be that as it may, without entering into the merits of the claim made by the petitioners, the present petition is being disposed of with the observation that the Civil Judge (Junior Division), Mohammadabad Gohna, District Mau shall decide the Suit No. 1004 of 1993 (Ram Subhag Vs. Ram Prasad and others) as expeditiously as possible.
