1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
2. The present writ petition has been filed against the order dated 3.7.1992 passed by the Consolidation Officer, Raja Talab, Varanasi, i.e., respondent No. 2 (hereinafter referred to as, 'C.O.'), whereby the C.O. condoned the delay in filing the objections under Section 9-A(2) of the Uttar Pradesh Consolidation of Holdings Act, 1953 (hereinafter referred to as, 'Act, 1953') by respondent Nos. 3 and 4 as well as against the order dated 22.12.1992, whereby the revisional court, i.e., respondent No. 1 has dismissed the revision filed by the petitioner against the order dated 3.7.1992 passed by the C.O.
3. The order dated 3.7.1992 passed by the C.O. is an interlocutory order and no perversity was committed by the C.O. in condoning the delay in filing the objections and the revisional court rightly refrained from interfering in the aforesaid order. It is not a fit case for interference under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. The writ petition is dismissed.
4. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
