The petitioner, by means of present writ petition, has prayed for following relief:-
"(i) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Certiorari calling for the records of the case and to quash the impugned orders dated 28.03.2008 (Annexure No.'6' to the writ petition) passed by the District Assistant Registrar, Cooperative Societies, U.P., Kannauj and dated 09.04.2008 (Annexure No.'7' to the writ petition) passed the Member Secretary, District Administrative Committee & Secretary/General Manager, District Cooperative Bank Ltd., Fatehgarh, Farrukhabad as well as the impugned consequential order dated 10.04.2008 passed by the Administrator contained on the order of the Member Secretary dated 09.04.2008 itself;
(ii) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the Respondents to allow the petitioner to function as Prabhari Sachiv, Sadhan Sahkari Samiti Ltd., Mausampur Maurara, District Kannauj and to pay his regular month-to-month salary."
It appears that no cause of action survives or the petitioner has lost interest in the writ petition.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. However, the petitioner is granted liberty to file recall application if the matter is still surviving, within a period of one month from today.
