Heard learned counsel for the parties.
Petitioner, a Constable in U.P. Police, by the instant writ petition is assailing the order dated 26 February 2019 passed by the fourth respondent-Superintendent of Police, Mainpuri, rejecting the application of the petitioner pursuant to a direction passed in Writ-A No. 1789 of 2019, stating therein that since criminal case bearing Case Crime No. 1155A/2010 under Sections 308, 323, 504, 342, 120B IPC is pending, therefore, petitioner is not entitled to full pension and gratuity in view of Sub-clause 3 of Article 919A of the Civil Services Regulations.
On specific query, learned counsel for the petitioner is unable to point out any illegality, infirmity or jurisdictional error in the impugned order.
In view thereof, writ petition being devoid of merit, is accordingly, dismissed.
