1. Heard learned counsel for applicant and learned A.G.A. for State.
2. This is the second bail application moved by accused- applicant for enlarging him on bail in Case Crime No. 333 of 2016, under Sections 498A, 323, 304B IPC and 3/4 Dowry Prohibition Act, Police Station Karchhana, District Allahabad.
3. Applicant is the husband and within two years of marriage his wife died. Cause of death is anti mortem hanging. Death has taken place at the resident of applicant but First Information Report has been lodged by brother of deceased and not by applicant or his family members. Looking to entire facts and circumstances, I do not find it a fit case for grant of bail.
4. Application is accordingly dismissed.
