Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents.
The writ petition has been filed seeking the following ground-
"i) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no.2 to decide the proceedings of Case No.2415 of 2016, Computerized Case No.T20161436012415 (Munna Ram Vs. State and others) Under Section 116 of Land Revenue Act (Suit for Division of Holdings) pending in the Court of Sub Divisional Magistrate, Shahganj, Tehsil Shahganj, District Jaunpur (Respondent no.2)."
It has been submitted that the partition suit under Section 116 of the U.P. Revenue Code 2006 is pending at the stage of the preparation of the final decree for partition.
Under the circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent no.2, Sub Divisional Magistrate, Shahganuj, Tehsil Shahganu, District Jaunpur to endeavour to decide the case of the petitioner expeditiously preferably within a period of three months from the date a certified copy of this order is filed before him.
