Heard learned counsel for the petitioner although case called out in the revised list, counsel for the Gaon Sabha is not present.
By means of this writ petition, petitioner seeks a direction to cancel fisheries lease granted in favour of the respondent No. 6.
On a pointed query by the Court, counsel for the petitioner states that he has instituted proceedings for this relief also before the Collector.
Under the circumstances, since the petitioner is availing an alternative remedy there is no justification to entertain this writ petition, which is accordingly dismissed.
