Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned A.G.A.
This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed for quashing the entire proceeding, as well as, arresting notice dated 16.05.2018 in Case Crime No. 667 of 2017, under Sections 328, 406, 468, 471, 504, 506 IPC, P.S. Dakshin Firozabad, District Firozabad issued by Chief Judicial Magistrate, Firozabad against the applicants.
Learned A.G.A. at the outset submits that application u/s 482 Cr.P.C. is not maintainable. This fact is not being disputed by the learned counsel for the applicants.
Accordingly, application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the applicants to take appropriate remedy available in law.
The certified copy of the impugned order shall be returned to learned counsel for the applicant, if an application is filed before the Registry, after retaining its photostat copy on record.
