Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned A.G.A.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the applicant that in the present case only the applicant has been arrested, the other co-accused are roaming freely, have not been arrested and the investigation against them still pending.

The learned A.G.A. prays for and is granted two weeks time to file a detailed counter affidavit in this regard.

List on 30.3.2012 on that date the I.O. of this case shall appear in person alongwith the case diary.
