With regard to notice for electricity dis-connection, the petitioner has got remedy to approach the Executive Engineer.
Accordingly, without entering into the merit of the controversy, liberty is given to the petitioner to represent his cause before the Executive Engineer who shall look into the matter and take a decision on the petitioner's grievance in accordance with law by passing a speaking and reasoned order expeditiously and preferably within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order and communicate the decision to the petitioner.
Subject to above, the writ petition is finally disposed of.
No order as to costs.
