The petitioner has moved a restoration application on 1.12.2011 for recalling the order dated 8.12.2006.
His grievances is that this application is not being decided and only dates are being fixed by the court below.
It is, therefore, being directed that the application which the petitioner has filed on 1.12.2011 be decided within a period of one month from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
