Shri Abdul Samad, has filed caveat on behalf of the respondent nos. 3, 4, 5 and 6. He prays for and is granted three weeks time to file counter affidavit.
The learned counsel for the petitioner is granted two weeks time thereafter to file rejoinder affidavit.
List immediately after expiry of the aforesaid period.
Until further orders, the petitioner shall not evicted from the accommodation in dispute, subject to his depositing rent @ Rs. 2,000/- per month. The deposit shall be made by 10th of each succeeding month before the trial court. The rent of March, 2014 shall be deposited by 15th March, 2014. It will be open for the respondents to withdraw the amount deposited by the petitioner before the trial court.
In case of default by the petitioner in depositing the rent as aforesaid, this interim order shall stand vacated automatically.
