JUDGMENT / ORDER

C.M. Application No. 18578 of 2012 Heard and perused the affidavit filed along with the application for restoration of the petition.
By this application, the petitioner has prayed for recall of the order dated 14.2.2012 whereby the petition was dismissed for want of prosecution. Grounds shown in the affidavit are sufficient. Accordingly the application is allowed and the petition is restored to its original number.
Since the matter is very old, let it be listed in the next cause list.
