Heard Shri K.D.Aswasthi, learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri Baleshwar Chaturvedi, learned counsel for the respondents no. 3 and 4.
The petitioner is aggrieved by the non-payment of his retiral dues although he completed all the formalities in the year 2009 itself, right after his retirement. The details of payment not made to the petitioner has been given in paragraph 8 of the writ petition. The petitioner has already represented before the respondent no. 4 in this regard.
This writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no. 4 (Executive Engineer, Dakshinanchal Vidyut Vitran Khand, Auraiya) to look into the grievance of the petitioner and pass appropriate reasoned and speaking orders thereon within a period of six weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before him.
In case certain dues are found admissible to be paid to the petitioner, the same shall be ensured to be paid to the petitioner along with admissible interest, within a period of six weeks thereafter.
