JUDGMENT / ORDER

Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned A.G.A. for opposite parties no.1 and 2.
Issue notice to opposite party no.3 is dispensed with.
This application under section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed to invoke the inherent jurisdiction of this Court for directing the concerned trial Court to decide the concerned Case Crime no. 155 of 2004 under sections 325, 506, 427 I.P.C. , pending in the Court of Judicial Magistrate (Civil Judge) (Junior Division) Court No.15, Pratpagarh, within stipulated time.
The contention of learned counsel for the applicant is that the said case is pending since 2004 wherein the charges against the accused-applicants were framed on 28.9.2007 but till date no prosecution witness could have been examined.
In view of this, said trial Court is directed to make endeavour for expeditious disposal of the case within two months from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before it.
With the above observations, the application is finally disposed off.
