The present petition has been filed for a direction upon the Civil Judge (Jr. Div.), Shahganj, Jaunpur to decide application 153 G dated 03.03.2018 filed in Suit No. 260 of 2009 within a stipulated period.
As the concerned application has recently been filed, no specific direction need be issued, at this stage.
It is expected that the court concerned shall accord consideration to the application while proceeding further in the suit.
