Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.
The only prayer pressed on this petition is for expeditious disposal of an application stated to have been filed on 3 March 2018 in Original suit No. 260 of 2009.
Although the petitioners enjoy an order of injunction, it is alleged that the defendants in the suit are not permitting them to carry out the requisite repairs and it is in this respect that the said application has been moved.
In view thereof, this petition shall stand disposed of with a direction to the Civil Judge(Junior Division) Shahganj, District Jaunpur to endeavour to dispose of the application No. 153G made in Original Suit No. 260 of 2009 with expedition and without granting any unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties.
