Hon'ble Mahendra Dayal,J.
A request has been made on behalf of Shri Rahul Shukla, learned counsel for the respondents that he may be allowed fortnight time to file counter affidavit.
Fortnight time is allowed to file counter affidavit after serving the copy of the same to the learned counsel for the petitioner, to which rejoinder affidavit may be filed within one week, if he so desires.
List immediately thereafter in the next cause list.
