The death certificate of appellant No. 4, Dafe Singh is on record. He had expired on 14.12.2008. As this appeal preferred on behalf of other appellants, have already been abated by order dated 21.05.2018 and now on account of death of appellant No. 4, Dafe Singh, the appeal has lost its efficacy. Accordingly appeal stands abated.
