Heard Sri Rajendra Prasad learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the opposite parties.
The petitioner has been transferred from Rajkiya Inter College, Sitapur to Rajkiya Inter College, Bihatgaur, District Sitapur on administrative grounds. Transfer from one college to another college does not entail any civil consequence. Transfer is an incidence of service. This is not even a transfer, it is only an adjustment. No rule has been violated and the court will not interfere in such frivolous matters. It is exactly in the domain of executive. However, the petitioner says that he wants to represent his case to the Joint Director who is the competent authority.
Accordingly, it is directed that if such a representation is filed within ten days' that shall be considered and orders may be passed expeditiously.
With the above observation and direction the writ petition is finally disposed of.
