JUDGMENT / ORDER

Heard learned counsel for the parties.
The writ petition has been filed seeking following reliefs:
"(i) Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the opposite party no. 3 to consider the case of the petitioner for admissibility of A.C.P. (Annual Career Progression) by ignoring the order dated 05-07-2014 passed by opposite party no. 4, in the interest of justice.
(ii) Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the opposite parties to consider the petitioner's case for admissibility of A.C.P. by taking into consideration the proposal so prepared under the signatures of the head master and khand shiksha adhikari in absence of regular committee of management which is nonexistence since 2001, in the interest of justice.
(iii) Issue nay other writ, order or direction, which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper under the circumstances of the case in the interest of justice.
(iv) Allow the writ petition with costs."
Mr. Ajay Kumar, learned counsel for opposite party no. 4/Basic Shiksha Adhikari, Hardoi informs that in compliance of Court's order dated 26.2.2016, the Basic Shiksha Adhikari has resolved the controversy and vide order dated 10.3.2016 has sanctioned the ACP to the petitioner. Copy of the order dated 10.3.2016 has been placed before the Court, the same is taken on record.
In view of above, the grievance of the petitioner appears to be redressed.
The writ petition as such having become infructuous is dismissed.
