JUDGMENT / ORDER

Counter affidavit filed today is taken on record.
It appears that the Committee of Management has not sent the proposal for grant of ACP to the petitioner. A query was made to the Counsel for the Committee of Management, who stated that the petitioner has not approached the Committee of Management and as such it could not be sent to the Basic Education Officer. Taking serious view of the matter, the Manager of the Institution is directed to appear on 18.1.16 to explain as to why proposal was not sent for grant of ACP.
