Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents.
The petitioner is having an ex parte decree dated 2.3.2007 in Suit No.231 of 2003 against the respondent No.6 in respect of the property in dispute but as respondent No.6 is said to be a powerful politician, the petitioner is not being benefited by the said decree.
Be that as it may, since the petitioner is having a decree in his favour, he may get it executed or if necessary, apply for the disobedience of the same before the court concerned. The writ petition for the above purpose is not the proper remedy.
With the above observations, the writ petition stands disposed of.
