1. Solitary grievance of the petitioner appears to be that his mutation application registered as Case No. 198 of 2001, has remained pending for very long, inasmuch as the aforesaid case has been restored upon an application filed by the petitioner, which was allowed on 12.3.2019.
2. Without entering the merits, the present petition is disposed of with an observation that the aforesaid case may be decided as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of a copy of this order.
