Petitioner was employed as Headmaster in Basic School, District Auraiya and has retired on 30.6.2002. Petitioner's grievance is that a total sum of Rs. 2,85,075/- was payable to petitioner towards provident fund but a sum of Rs.1,87,272/- alone was paid and the balance amount of Rs.97,804/- continues to remain withheld without any rhyme and reason. Various representation made in that regard has also not been considered and as such petitioner is before this Court.
Sri Shravan Kumar Pandey appearing for the respondent no.4 submits that grievance of petitioner shall be examined, in accordance with law.
In the facts and circumstances, noticed above, this writ petition stands disposed of permitting the petitioner to approach respondent no.4, in respect of his grievance annexing all relevant materials in support of his claim, alongwith certified copy of this order, within two weeks from today. In case such a claim is raised, the same shall be examined by the authority concerned, in accordance with law, by passing an appropriate order, within a further period of three months, thereafter.
