Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Standing Counsel for the State respondents.
In pith and substance, the petitioners are agitating before this Court that their application/representation dated 12.03.2018 before the Sub Divisional Magistrate, Belthara Road, District Ballia may be decided at the earliest.
Learned counsel for the respondents have submitted that in case any such application is still pending consideration, the same may be decided by the Authority concerned expeditiously.
No fruitful purposed would be served in keeping the writ petition pending.
In view of the above, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, on consent, the writ petition is disposed of finally with a direction to the Sub Divisional Magistrate, Belthara Road, District Ballia to look into the grievance of the petitioners and decide the aforesaid application expeditiously, preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order before him, but certainly after according opportunity of hearing to all the stake holders in the matter.
