Hon'ble Yashwant Varma,J.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Standing Counsel for the State respondents.
Bearing in mind the averments made in paragraph -18 of the writ petition, learned Standing counsel states that subject to all contentions on merits being left open and the respondents being granted liberty to verify the facts as stated therein, the fourth respondent shall duly attend to the claim of the petitioners and dispose it of in accordance with law and preferably within a period of one month from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order.
Accordingly and without going into the merits or otherwise of the claim of the petitioners, this petition shall stand disposed of, in light of the statement made and noted above.
