Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A.
The applicant has approached this Court against the N.B.W. issued way back in 2013 for non- appearance. It appears that applicant is not cooperating in the trial and avoiding the Court which is a gross misuse of the process.
The learned A.G.A. submits that applicant had earlier approached this Court by filing an application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. No. 3014 of 2015 (Ram Niwas @ Ramu Versus State of U.P. and another) which was dismissed as withdrawn on 05.02.2015.
At this stage, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter, In the circumstances, the application is dismissed.
