Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner wants to pay the entire electricity dues which are being demanded by the respondent, but he is unable to pay the same in one go.
In the circumstances after hearing both the sides, this writ petition is finally disposed of with the direction that if the petitioner pays the entire dues in four quarterly installments, the first installment to be deposited on or before 1.1.2013, the recovery will remain suspended. However, in case of any default in payment of the dues according to the above scedule, this order will stand automatically vacated and the entire amount/balance amount will become recoverable.
