The writ court vide order dated 18.05.1992 had restrained the respondents from dispossessing the applicant from the land in dispute.
Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the property in disputed has been gifted, but, on specific query, he, however, submits that the applicant is in possession of the land in dispute.
In view thereof, the contempt petition being misconceived is accordingly dismissed.
