Hon'ble Rajiv Joshi,J.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel.
This writ petition has been filed for issuance of mandamus commanding the respondent no.1 i.e., State of U.P. through Consolidation Commissioner, U.P. to take necessary action and remove the illegalities are being committed by the concerned authorities during consolidation operations and accordingly, correct the chaks of the petitioners as well as other co-villagers of Gram Chandpar, Tehsil Khajni, district Gorakhpur.
The prayer in the writ petition is vague, inasmuch as the petitioner as well as other co-villagers of the village have not filed any objection, appeal and revision under the provisions of U.P. Consolidation of Holdings Act if they were aggrieved by the order of the Consolidation Authorities.
The U.P. Consolidation of Holdings Act, 1953 and the Rules framed thereunder are complete Code and remedies are available to the aggrieved persons.
The writ petition is totally misconceived and is accordingly, dismissed.
