On 11 January 2018, the counsel for the respondent had informed that the sole respondent had died and, therefore, on the request of the counsel for the appellants, three weeks' time was granted to file a substitution application.
The office has reported on 26 November 2018 that no substitution application has been filed.
Apparently, the appeal stands abated. It is dismissed as such.
