Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the suit is pending since 2017.
He further submits that a direction be issued to the Civil Judge (Junior Division), Maharajganj to decide the Suit No.626 of 2017 (Ram Nayan and ther vs. Sakir), within a stipulated period.
Considering the facts of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioners' case, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the Civil Judge (Junior Division), Maharajganj to decide the Suit No.626 of 2017 (Ram Nayan and ther vs. Sakir) in accordance with law without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties as expeditiously as possible from the date of production of certified copy of this order, if there is no legal impediment.
Accordingly, the present petition is finally disposed of.
